About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our team at GAP Convenience Distribution as an Apprentice
Multi-Channel Marketer. This role will see you working across our three business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce platforms:
Straight2You, Marine Supplies Direct, and Car and Caravan.
You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our fast-paced e-commerce operations while completing a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer
Apprenticeship with Baltic Apprenticeships.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work alongside our experienced e-commerce and marketing team to plan, create, and deliver engaging campaigns that connect
with customers across digital platforms. From social media and SEO to email campaigns and website content, you’ll contribute to a
wide range of marketing activities that support the growth of our online business.
What You’ll Learn
Through your apprenticeship, you’ll develop key skills in:
* Creating and managing marketing campaigns across digital channels
* Social media strategy and content creation
* SEO and web analytics using tools like Google Analytics
* Email marketing and customer segmentation
* Reporting on campaign performance to maximise ROI
You’ll complete live projects, gain insight into user behaviour, and develop the confidence to make informed marketing decisions
based on data.
What We’re Looking For
* A keen interest in marketing, digital trends, and social media
* Great communication and organisational skills
* Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above preferred)
* A passion for working in a commercial environment
No prior marketing experience is needed — just a strong work ethic, creativity, and a genuine interest in digital marketing.
