Data, Policy and Performance Officer - Care and Support

Location: Across Denbighshire
Salary: Grade 8, £36,363 to £39,152 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term for 2 years from appointment
Care and Support services are delivered within the context of rapidly changing social, demographic and environmental demands. This exciting new post has been developed to respond to this changing environment in the context of in-house care and support services.

We are looking for someone who is well organised and enthusiastic with a proven track record of developing and implementing policies and processes within social care.

The successful candidate will be used to working with data across a variety of systems and will be confident in completing returns for internal and external reporting.

The post holder will be expected to spend a proportion of their working week based within Denbighshire Care and Support services such as care homes, Extra Care Housing and Domiciliary care.

Initially this is a fixed term contract over two years, however, this will be subject to review and may be extended further.
