The Role:
We’re hiring a Door Supervisor for a permanent night position in Rochester.
Shifts:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Nights)
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring the safety and security of the venue
Checking IDs and enforcing entry policies
Managing crowd control and maintaining order
Handling and de-escalating incidents with strong conflict resolution skills
Reporting issues clearly and professionally
Delivering excellent customer service to guests

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
