What we’re looking for:
• Experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Head Chef
• Confident working in fast-paced kitchen environments
• Comfortable preparing high-quality food in volume
• Positive, professional, and reliable
• Flexible and adaptable to different kitchen settings
• Driving is preferred but not essential

Key Skills
• Menu planning and fresh food preparation
• Allergen awareness and dietary adaptations
• Team leadership and communication
• Stock control and kitchen organisation
• Food hygiene and health & safety (Level 2+ preferred)
• Experience across education, healthcare, B&I, or similar sectors
