Summary
Our client is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN) to join their high-quality care homes providing general and dementia nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care
• Lead and support care staff
• Administer medication and manage care plans
• Ensure compliance with all clinical standards
Key Requirements:
• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
• Experience in elderly or dementia care
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Confident with medication administration
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
