About the Role:
We’re looking for a calm, outgoing and reliable Personal Assistant to support a friendly young adult in Oxted. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys getting out and about, providing gentle encouragement, and offering emotional reassurance when needed. Support is required 2 hours on a Monday evening, 5-6 hours on Friday in the daytime, and 3-4 hours on a Saturday. Friday and Saturday are slightly flexible each week.
Support may include:
1. Attending local events, theatre trips, dance classes, and shopping outings
2. Providing gentle guidance during moments of mild anxiety
3. Helping to build confidence through local travel training
4. Offering companionship and supporting social engagement
About You:
You’ll be confident, supportive, and patient – someone who brings calm and positivity to everyday situations. A love of animals (especially dogs) is important, as there’s a very friendly dog at home.
