Summary

Join our team as an EHS Apprentice, where you'll gain hands-on experience while completing structured training. You'll support daily Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) operations and contribute to maintaining a safe, compliant, and positive workplace.

The Role:

Support EHS activities and assist with incident investigations and reporting.
Promote a strong safety culture through personal example.
Complete all apprenticeship training and coursework on time.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and legal standards.
Provide administrative support to the EHS team.
Participate in regular progress reviews and maintain a learning log.
Attend all training sessions and submit assignments on schedule.
Prepare for exams and maintain consistent communication with your manager.
Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a proactive approach to learning.
The Candidate:

Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade C/5 or above), including English and Math’s.
A Levels (or equivalent) in a science-related subject preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Able to work flexibly and maintain effective working relationships.
