Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Enhance Reception Service (ERS) officer to join an adult social work team.

Providing a front-line reception service to supported people, families and other relevant persons dealing with enquiries via telephone calls and emails ensuring that calls are logged.

Any enquiries are logged and directed to the most appropriate person or signposted to resources within appropriate timescales, as part of a responsive service.

The post holder will work 35hrs a week.
