Summary

We're looking for a Contract Manager to join our Sheffield - Westfield School.



Location: Sheffield - Westfield School- remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 17:30 pm



What will you be responsible for?As a Contract Manager, you'll be working within the Oldham Schools team, supporting them in delivering high-quality facilities management services across PFI educational sites.

Your day to day will include:

-Managing the financial performance of contracts and maximising margin

-Leading a team of mobile/static workforce and subcontractors

-Developing client relationships to ensure contract retention and future opportunities

-Ensuring delivery of services in line with contract KPIs and SLAs

-Attending monthly financial and performance review meetings



What are we looking for?This role of Contract Manager is great for you if:

-You have substantial practical experience, ideally within a PFI setting

-You hold relevant industry qualifications and a Managing IOSH Certificate

-You have strong communication skills and a good level of computer literacy
