Summary
Key Duties and Responsibilities To assess and prescribe care packages for patients with complex MSK conditions, to achieve quality of life and independence where possible. Assessments and treatments will take the form of face to face or virtual consultations to enhance patient access to our services To work with all health care professionals and statutory/non statutory agencies to provide a seamless integrated service to our service users. Work when needed in a variety of locations including lone working Engage with System One Optimisation. Engage with referral to discharge standard processes.
