This post is fixed term for 1 year to cover maternity.

About the role

You'll wow us with your enthusiasm and demonstrate that you have the ability, attitude and interpersonal skills to build strong and effective relationships with customers and colleagues and support the work of Karbon in our communities.

The Housing Officer role involves visiting tenants, customer contact visits, low level Anti-social behaviour, Estate Inspections & Allocations.

About you

Previous knowledge and experience within a social housing environment, housing legislation and knowledge of welfare reform changes would be an advantage.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
