Summary
Primary SEN Teaching Assistant - KS1 or KS2 Support
A welcoming mainstream primary school with excellent transport links between Richmond and Kingston.
Key responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with a range of additional needs
Support class teachers and the SENCO with learning strategies
Prepare classroom resources and help maintain a calm learning space
Track and share observations on progress and behaviour
Ideal candidate:
SEN experience in primary, particularly with autism or SEMH
Empathetic, reliable and confident working as part of a team
DBS on the update service or willing to apply
