Summary
Duties will include:
Learn how to book and cost all parts of a
holiday through in house and third-party systems.
Learn how to communicate details of the holiday
to customers via email and phone.
Learning the geography of Switzerland to make recommendations
to customers
Helping with booking administration, data
loading and following up requests with hotels and other travel suppliers.

Travel Consultant Level 3 apprenticeship standard
Qualifications required
A minimum of 5 x GCSEs including Enligh and maths at grade 4/C and above
Skills required
Good standard of written and verbal English and maths
competent.
Competent computer user including Word Excel Outlook.
Confident communicator

To become a fully qualified tailor-made tour consultant
Qualification / Standard : ST0340 Travel consultant
Duration 15 months
