Summary
Our POD team consists of five dedicated professionals, delivering high-quality HR services across the organisation. Led by the Head of People & OD, the team plays a vital role in supporting the Conservatoire's strategic and operational goals.
We are looking for someone who is:
*Creative and solutions focused - able to think innovatively and respond flexibly to changing situations
*Curious and dynamic - with a passion for continuous improvement and a drive to deliver exceptional service
*Customer focused - able to provide clear, confident advice in a friendly and professional manner
As a People Services Advisor, you will provide front-line support and guidance to both staff and managers on a wide range of HR matters. You'll be the first point of contact for People Services queries, responding via in-person meetings, MS Teams, phone, and email. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will help you build strong working relationships across the organisation.
