Summary
Disrepair Surveyor needed in Bury
The rate is £260.00 per day PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: 0009 E941 / 1
The successful candidate should have a Full Driving Licence and access to vehicle and be qualified in BSc (Hons) level in building surveying.
They should have an understanding of the disrepair protocol and the ability to write Part 35 complaint expert reports. They will attend and carryout joint expert inspections and may be required to attend court as expert surveyor.
