The Project
We’re working on a premium new-build residential development consisting of 4–5 bedroom homes, each valued at approximately £1.2 million.
- Project value: £17 million
- Current phase: Phase C – 11 months remaining
- Future pipeline: Two additional phases lined up
- Team on site: 8 permanent staff (4 electricians, 4 plumbers) – award-winning and highly experienced, all permanent staff
- Systems: All new installations including Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs)
This is a self-delivering site. We’re looking for a proactive Site Manager who can identify and resolve issues before they arise, and adapt plans efficiently while maintaining progress.

- Core: 8:00am – 5:00pm / Most site operatives work 7:15am – 4:15pm
- Flexibility based on your efficiency and site management style

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone with solid residential experience, M&E sector or with a plumbing/mechanical background who has delivered residential projects for a Tier 1 Contractor.
Essential:
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Black CSCS card
- Experience with fast-paced, high-spec residential projects
- Strong knowledge of site procedures, health & safety, and quality standards
Preferred:
- NVQ or City & Guilds in Plumbing/Mechanical, or time-served background
- Experience with Tier 1 contractors
