Summary
About the role:
This role sits within our Telephone and Referral Centre (TARC) team. A key part of the role is to process patient referrals in a timely manner. These referrals can come from a variety of routes: website self-referral, Community Mental Health Teams, GPs and Healthcare professionals etc.
Some key duties include monitoring the referrals inbox, sending and replying to emails, sending text message appointment booking links to patients who have referred via the website, processing all incoming referrals.
About you:
We are looking for a candidate with experience of working in a busy office environment and good IT skills. The ideal candidate will also have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy, along with a professional telephone manner as you may liaising with other health care professionals to check patient details. We have daily and monthly targets to achieve, so working at pace is a must.

The NHS Talking Therapies Hampshire service is provided in partnership by Solent Mind and the Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. Psychological wellbeing practitioners are employed by Solent Mind to deliver low intensity support at step 2 of the stepped care model.
