Pre-School Practitioner (QTS or Level 3)
This Lovely Nursery
is a small, family-owned setting in the heart of Fulham, where children thrive and practitioners feel truly valued. We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Pre-School Practitioner to join our wonderful team.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us:
-A newly refurbished, independent nursery with a warm, supportive Management team
-Small class sizes (just 16 children aged 2.5–4) so you can focus on meaningful, child-led learning
-A team of highly qualified, caring educators who support one another every step of the way
What We Offer:
• Flexible working pattern: 4 days/week with 1 day off, or 9 days every 2 weeks
• 4 weeks’ paid annual leave, plus an extra paid day off each year of employment
• Your birthday off – paid!
• Regular training and professional development
• Auto-enrolment pension
• A genuinely nurturing and collaborative workplace
What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred, or minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• A love of early years education and a strong understanding of child development
• A warm, proactive, and team-focused practitioner
We’re also open to welcoming an exceptional Level 3 candidate into a role with a different age group if pre-school isn’t your preferred area.
Come and be part of something special — where children, families, and educators all feel at home.
