Summary
1 x Joiner required to work in York in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations.
The Client
Our client is an award winning sub-contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.
The Role
Main duties are carrying out 1st fix joinery works- cutting roof trusses, fitting fascia and soffits onto the roof line, fitting windows then moving onto internal stud work.
The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday. This contract is 6-8 weeks.
- £21 per hour CIS OR Umbrella payment
- Street Parking
- Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Joiner
- Own Tools
- Own Transport
- You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
