Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for high-quality finishes and smooth project delivery?
We're looking for a proactive Manager to join this dynamic construction team and help bring projects to life - on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
About the Role:
As an experienced Manager, you'll play a key role in the final stages of the construction projects, ensuring that every detail meets their high standards. You'll work closely with the Site Manager and subcontractors to coordinate trades, manage snagging, and deliver a polished final product.
️ Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee finishing trades and ensure quality workmanship across all aspects of the build
- Manage snagging lists and ensure timely resolution of defects
- First point of contact for all customer queries - ensuring repairs are completed in a timely manner
- Support the Site Manager in daily operations and site coordination
- Completion of inspections and issuing detailed reports
- Maintain health & safety standards and site cleanliness
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth handovers
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification (preferred)
