Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Food Technologist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone starting their career in the food industry. You will work alongside experienced team members to support product development, quality control, and food safety processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing and testing recipes for products such as samosas, kebabs, and ready meals.
* Support the production team in ensuring consistent quality and taste.
* Help carry out basic food safety checks and maintain hygiene standards.
* Participate in trials, tastings, and product evaluations.
* Assist in maintaining product documentation and specifications.
* Learn to use food processing equipment and understand production workflows.
* Stay updated on food trends and contribute ideas to product innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
* A degree or diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related subject.
* A keen interest in food production and product development.
* Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on food manufacturing environment.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene (training will be provided).
