Summary
Digital Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement a PCN-wide digital transformation strategy aligned with the 2025/26 DES and NHS 10-Year Plan. Oversee the implementation of digital tools, including digital triage systems, population health management solutions, and business intelligence platforms. Act as the digital lead for the PCN, representing the network at both internal and external stakeholder meetings. Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical leads to embed digital solutions into care pathways and operational workflows. Identify and secure funding opportunities for digital innovation. Demonstrate an expert understanding of SystmOne Project Management & Implementation Oversee the delivery of digital projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely and effective execution. Coordinate with ICB, neighbourhood and system partners, to ensure interoperability and integration. Monitor project outcomes and report progress to the PCN Board and stakeholders. Workforce Development & Digital Literacy Support staff across the PCN to develop digital competencies and confidence in using new technologies such as the NHS app. Deliver training and resources to promote digital inclusion for both staff and patients. Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Data & Quality Improvement Use data analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with data protection, information governance, and cyber security standards. Evaluate the impact of digital initiatives on patient outcomes, access, and experience.
