Summary
Effective communication and negotiation skills are key and the ability to work on your own initiative and work well as part of a team. There will be a requirement to work some day shifts to ensure updated on service developments and priorities and maintain effective working relationships with other members of the MIU/ GP OOH teams, in particular the operational team members.
