Summary
Oasis Academy Mayfield are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join the Community Leisure Team on a part time basis.
Starting salary NJC Scp 2 – 4 (starting £12.29 per hour based on £23,656 FTE)
Closing Date: Monday 8 September 2025 (12 noon)Part Time Role – Thursday evening, Saturday and Sunday daytime, exact hours to be discussed at interview, and can be subject to negotiationThe successful Community Assistant applicant will work in the Academy’s fitness suite, sports and leisure
centre, evenings, weekends and occasional day time shifts during the school holidays.
The successful applicant will:
- Set up sports equipment and occasional catering equipment for community events.
- Assist with front of house duties and build good community relations.
- Over-see the fitness suite and children’s parties and clubs.
- Will need to use and monitor our booking system, your Academy email and other computer systems.
- Will support with general administration and cleaning duties are also a part of the role.
