Role
Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be instrumental in shaping the learning journeys of students, creating engaging and tailored lesson plans, and building strong, positive relationships with your pupils. You will work closely with a supportive team of experienced professionals, constantly developing your skills and contributing to a thriving school community. You will be empowered to make a tangible impact on the lives of children.
Main tasks include- Develop and deliver engaging and differentiated lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Build strong, positive relationships with students and their families.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the school's multidisciplinary team.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Contribute to the overall development and improvement of the school.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting.
- Proven experience working with children with SEMH needs.
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to inclusive and child-centred education.
- Passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
