Birtenshaw would like to appoint a Referrals and Placements Manager to oversee the full referrals process, from initial point of
contact through to securing a placement. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, efficient professional with experience
in managing processes and people and a passion for achieving the best outcomes for children and young people.

Please note: This is a full-time, office-based position. Remote working is not possible for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* To oversee the full referral process from initial enquiry to confirmed placement.
* To line manage Referrals and Placements Administrators, including facilitating supervision sessions, probation reviews, and
other relevant HR processes.
* Act as the main point of contact for all referrals across the organisation.
* Prepare and present Referrals and Placements data and updates to senior managers.
* Contribute to strategic planning and service development.
* Ensure all steps from referral to admission are completed in line with company policies and appropriately tracked.
* Collate and maintain accurate data on the volume and types of referrals received.
* Provide monitoring information as required by local authorities and under The Birtenshaw Group’s Framework Agreements.
