Bolton | £35K – £48K (DOE) | Full-Time (Mon–Fri, 9–5)
Are you an expert in vehicle damage estimation with a passion for precision and service? We’re hiring a Vehicle Damage Assessor Estimator to join our dynamic team in Bolton. You'll play a crucial role in supporting the claims process, ensuring quality repairs, and delivering top-tier customer service.
Your Impact:
Review & approve accurate repair estimates (Audatex & internal systems)
Handle total loss evaluations with confidence
Act as a technical expert to support claims handlers
Drive repair performance improvements
Communicate clearly and manage customer expectations
We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience in vehicle damage assessment
Qualified or working toward: ATA VDA, IMI, IAEA, or AQP
Strong understanding of vehicle repair methods and estimating tools
Confidence using Audatex, Glassmatix, and relevant systems
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
