The Role

HB Accident Repair Network is looking for a Workshop Controller to join our modern, well-equipped site in Ellesmere Port.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day workflow across our repair centre, ensuring that all jobs move through the workshop efficiently and to a high standard, supporting both our technicians and front-of-house staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the flow of work through the site, making sure our customer expectations are met.
• Coordinating our team of technicians to move jobs through the shop efficiently, safely and within our SLAs.
• Liaising with both customers and the front of house team to ensure effective communication with our work providers and their customers.
• Monitoring H&S compliance across the workshop, creating a safe work environment for our team.
• Inspection and quality control.

The Person

• Previous experience in an Workshop Control or Production Management role, with expertise in all body repair processes and procedures.
• You’ll be a confident communicator with the ability to work under pressure.
• Have current knowledge of Audatex/GT Motive and experience working with Microsoft Office.
