Job title Delivery Facilitator Reports to Transformation Manager Accountable to Chief Executive Officer Salary Band 6 equivalent, Proposed hours 30-37.5 hours per week Coordinate and support the delivery of transformation programmes Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth execution Monitor progress, identify challenges, and help find solutions Champion innovation and continuous improvement in patient care What were looking for: Strong communication and organisational skills A collaborative mindset and attention to detail Experience in project support or service improvement (NHS experience a plus!)
