Summary
Participate in team-based working using effective communication and activities to support and achieve patterns of effective working relationships, both within the Emergency Directorate and other agencies. Maintain a polite approach at all times to patients relatives and carers Be responsive to change to meet the needs of the service Assist patients from private vehicles to chairs / trolleys, trolleys to beds etc. Use of manual handling equipment.
