Summary
The post holder will hold CCT in Obstetrics and Gynaecology or be within 6 months of this. They may have additional experience in other specialist areas to meet the needs of the department such as Urogynaecology. The postholder will be responsible for the clinical management of patients under their care, and, in liaison with consultant colleagues, continuity of care when the post holder is absent. We are looking for a vibrant keen obstetrician to join a great team of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists at NBT. The postholder will be responsible for the professional supervision and management of junior medical staff. The postholder will be required to take part in quality improvement projects. There is a strong research element in our department. The option to develop research to complement our departmental research plans and could be negotiated in job planning if or when appropriate
