Summary
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Vale of Glamorgan to assist with the appointment of a Maintenance Officer, on a 6-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £16.60 - £21.17 per hour
Summary:
The Maintenance Officer will carry out a variety of painting tasks and should be willing to diversify into other duties when needed.
Responsibilities:
Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works to a high standard
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety standards
Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle in good working condition
Support other trades when required and respond flexibly to maintenance needs
Essential Requirements:
Level 2 qualification in Painting and Decorating
Full UK Driving Licence
