Thisschool in Bristol is looking for a teacher to cover a year'smaternity contract. The school has localpartnerships with primary schools who you will work closely with which providesyou with a big support network as you settle into your new role.
Your new role
Inthis role as a Year 5 teacher, you will be responsible for the day-to-dayrunning of the class. This will entail organising the classroom and learningresources to create a pleasant, stimulating and positive environment. You willneed to be a leader of leaning who has high expectations for every child and toprovide a carefully structured and thorough education experience which enablespupils to achieve their academic and personal potential.
What you'll need to succeed
To beconsidered for this role you will need to have:
- Qualified teacher status.
- An in depth knowledge of the KS2curriculum.
- Experience working within a KS2setting, this is useful but not essential.
- An up to date DBS or willingnessto get one.
- The ability to provide aninspiring, engaging and safe learning environment.
