Summary
As a Live-In Carer, you will share daily life with your service user in their own home, providing both compassionate care and meaningful companionship. You'll ensures HASCS level of comfort and dignity for those you care for, every single day.
You’ll be assigned to a regular service user, ensuring continuity of care and strong relationships. Your role will include providing genuine companionship, personal care, assistance at mealtimes, help with housekeeping, mobility support, and more.

Market leading rates of pay:
• £900 per Week & £40 per week food allowance

Responsibilities:
• Support patients with their physical care needs, including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and comfort.
• Deliver person-centered care according to individual bespoke care plans.
• Promote independence and respect each patient’s spiritual, psychological, and cultural needs.
• Maintain accurate care records.
• Assist with communication between patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Administer prescribed medication or clinical tasks after completing our advanced training and competency sign off.
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Regional Nurse Manager.
• Contribute to a supportive, high-standard care environment.
Varied shifts, available for Full-Time Part-Time or Bank Mon-Sun
Day Shift: 08:00am – 08:00pm
Night Shift: 08:00pm – 08:00am
Essential Skills and Qualities for this role:
• Reliable and committed.
• Dedicated and flexible.
• Excellent communication skills including verbal and written.
• Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn.
• Passionate, dedicated, and empathetic.
• A driving licence is essential for this role.
• Experience is not essential for this position.
• Proof of your right to live and work in the UK.
