Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Community Carer to join our care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and other hygiene-related support
Administer or assist with medication in line with care plans and company policy
Perform domestic tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
Accurately record care visits and report any concerns or changes in the service user’s condition
Foster positive relationships with service users, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
Adhere to all safeguarding procedures and health and safety standards
Requirements:
A genuine passion for caring for others
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
Availability to start work from 07:00am
Good communication skills and a compassionate, patient nature
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work weekdays and alternate weekends
Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
