A friendly and high-achieving primary school in Telford is seeking a motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This full-time, paid role is ideal for aspiring primary teachers who want to build experience and confidence in a supportive setting.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2

  
  

• Leading small group sessions in literacy and numeracy

  
  

• Providing one-to-one support for pupils who need extra help

  
  

• Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom routines

  
  

• Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment

  
  We’re Looking For:

  • A graduate with a 2:1 or higher (degrees in Education, English, Psychology, or related subjects preferred)

    
    

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about working with children

    
    

  • Experience working with young people through mentoring, tutoring, or volunteering is desirable

    
    

  • Available full-time from September 2025 to July 2026
