A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Spanish Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in the Exeter area on a contract basis starting this September.
We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual who can inspire students and foster a love of languages in the classroom. You’ll be delivering engaging Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to make a real impact on learners’ progress and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Plan and deliver high-quality Spanish lessons in line with the national curriculum.
•
Assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted feedback.
•
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
•
Contribute to the wider life of the school and language department.
•
Maintain high standards of classroom management and student engagement.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
•
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
•
Have experience teaching Spanish at secondary level (KS3 and KS4).
•
Be passionate about language education and student development.
•
Demonstrate strong communication and classroom management skills.
•
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
•
Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and all necessary vetting procedures.
