Summary
Payroll Assistant
Location: Westbourne
Pay Rate: Up to £14.50 Per Hour
Hours: 20 hours Per Week split over 4 days (Weds/Thurs non-negotiable)
Your role as Payroll Assistant is to provide payroll, accounts and admin support to the Managing Director.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Payroll and Accounts
• Collating and checking all timesheets received for temporary staff. A high level of attention to detail is required to ensure correct hours are being paid to each staff member.
• Chasing missing timesheets with the relevant contacts.
• Update relevant spread sheets with payroll figures as required.
• Creating and sending invoices for temporary payroll.
• General Day to day accounts support i.e. uploading bills to accounts system.
• Managing staff expenses.
• Managing and reconciling petty cash account.
• Manage and process company pension submissions.
• Credit control.
Administration
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team as and when required.
• Adding new job roles to the company website and removing closed jobs.
• Collate and produce packs of materials and gifts for candidates and clients.
• Managing the confidential waste processes.
• Manage all voicemails received out of hours and ensure these are returned or passed to the relevant staff member to call back.
• Conduct various referencing for candidates via phone and email.
• Obtaining DBS checks for airport candidates as well as 5 years of referencing.
• Respond to reference requests received internally.
Skills and Experience:
• Previous accounts and payroll experience would be required
