Key Responsibilities:
Minor Repairs:
Fixing leaky faucets, repairing drywall, replacing light fixtures, and addressing other minor issues.
Installations:
Installing shelves, assembling furniture, hanging pictures, and other small-scale installations.
General Maintenance:
Painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, landscaping, and other upkeep tasks.
Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving problems with various systems and equipment.
Safety Compliance:
Ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with relevant regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills: A strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other relevant trades.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and fix issues efficiently.
Customer Service: Interacting with clients professionally and addressing their needs.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environments.
Experience: Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
