Summary
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Support Workers to join our team. As a Domiciliary Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Helping with mobility and transferring, as required.
- Medication support, including administering medication and recording dosages.
- Preparing and serving meals and assisting if necessary.
- Supporting with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
- Monitoring and recording health and well-being, and reporting any changes to the relevant healthcare professionals.
- Providing social support companionship to clients.
