Summary
Location: Midlands, UK
We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning (AC) Project Manager to oversee and manage HVAC and ventilation projects across the Midlands region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in AC and ventilation systems, with proven experience in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage multiple AC and ventilation projects from design to handover, including new installations, upgrades, and maintenance.

Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out to required specifications and safety standards.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Produce and manage project programs, risk assessments, and method statements.

Provide technical support and solutions to clients and site teams as needed.

Monitor budgets and costs, ensuring projects remain within financial targets.

Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner (RAMS, commissioning sheets, O&M manuals etc.).

Minimum 5 years' proven experience in managing AC and ventilation projects.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ventilation, ductwork, and associated mechanical services.

Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Building Services.

Experience working on commercial, retail, industrial or public sector projects.

Excellent project planning and organisation skills.

SMSTS or SSSTS certification.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Full UK driving licence.

F-Gas certification.
-
IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.

Knowledge of BMS systems and controls.

Experience using project management software (e.g., MS Project).
