Summary

Temp Production Operatives

Acorn by Synergie are currently seeking Temp Production Operatives to join our team at our Tenbury Wells location. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for packing, stacking, and other general production duties.

At our Tenbury Wells facility, you will work in a clean and supportive environment, where safety and teamwork are our top priorities. We offer full training for this role, so no previous experience is necessary. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, have a positive attitude, and are willing to work hard.

Rotating shifts pattern £13.49

  • Monday through Thursday from 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00.
  • Friday from 05:00-12:00 - 12:00-19:00.

Three shift patterns £14.38

  • WK1 Monday -Thursday 06:00 - 14:00 and Fri 05:00-12:00.
  • WK2 Monday - Thursday 14:00-22:00 and Fri 12:00-19:00.
  • WK3 Sunday - Thursday 22:00-06:00.

Nights £14.52

  • Sunday - Thursday 22:00-06:00.

We are seeking candidates who are reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment. You must also be able to follow instructions and work efficiently to meet production targets. Attention to detail and good communication skills are also important for this role.
