As part of our ongoing vision to be a leading digital authority we are recruiting for two Business and Benefits Analyst roles. These new roles will sit within our data and analytics team, working alongside our PMO and will be key to enabling us to accurately baseline our processes and identify improvements across a number of areas in order to support service delivery and onward growth.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers by enabling large scale transformation projects, and who have an interest in digital solutions.
About you
You’ll be experienced in supporting large-scale transformation projects bringing about significant improvements and measurable business benefits by identifying, proposing, and initiating business improvements and benefits. You’ll be skilled in the ability to analyse and understand multiple processes and problems and quickly develop credibility with leaders and staff at all levels. Outcome focussed, you will be able to manage complex and sensitive issues, and will understand and partnership working.

About the role
You will analyse and gather data to enable you to document current processes and problems using relevant technology. You will be skilled in running workshops to support data and information gathering, and will research and analyse findings, and recommend solutions and improvements.
You will be confident in capturing and measuring business benefits in order to evidence success and will be able to produce the relevant documentation to facilitate this.
You will work closely with Senior Responsible Officers, project leads and project officers, and will provide training and support for teams.
