Are you a hands-on, detail-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join a busy night shift team in Maidstone. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and contributing to efficient production processes.
You'll be involved in a range of tasks including moulding, powder coating, assembling, and packaging. Working closely with your team, you'll help ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets customer expectations. You'll also support ongoing improvements and play your part in maintaining a safe and organised factory floor.
What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out varied production tasks to a high standard
- Supporting machine maintenance to reduce downtime
- Meeting quality and performance targets
- Contributing to team meetings and improvement projects
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace
- Assisting other departments such as logistics when required
