Summary
We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and efficient Examinations Officer to join our dedicated team at Kingston Maurward Campus. This pivotal role supports the delivery of a smooth, secure, and effective exams service for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of internal and external examinations.
• Ensure compliance with awarding body regulations and college policies.
• Liaise with academic staff, students, and external examiners.
• Maintain accurate records and manage exam timetables and invigilation schedules.
• Provide timely and effective communication regarding exam arrangements.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
• Be exceptionally organised with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Be confident using IT systems and managing data securely.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment..The college doesn’t hold a sponsorship licence therefore we are not open to candidates who require sponsorship under the points-based system.
Status: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday 08:30 – 4:30
Salary: £27,690 per annum which is point 22
