Technical Manager
We have an exciting new opportunity to work with one of the most highly regarded developers in the UK. They are widely recognised for delivering large high spec residential and mix-use developments across London and the surrounding counties.
About the role of a Technical Manager
As a Technical Manager you will be responsible for a new build scheme that will deliver more than 1000 units and includes commercial and retail space as well as large public sectors. The project is split over multiple blocks ranging from 100-350 units with some high rise blocks reaching 15 storeys.
Requirements for the Technical Manager role
- Experience working in Design/Technical Management role with a main contractor or developer
- Experience in RC frame projects
- Has experience on large scale residential projects
