Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm, Friday 8.30am – 4pm

About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to join our dedicated HR team based at our head office in
Bowland View. In this busy and varied role, you’ll provide essential administrative support across the full employee lifecycle —
from onboarding new colleagues, producing contracts and letters, maintaining employee data, to supporting our HR systems and
processes.



Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing

You’ll be the first point of contact for general HR queries, manage internal HR documentation through Dayforce, coordinate service
awards and employee forums, and support wider projects such as maternity, pension enrolment and Cycle to Work.



* Managing HR queries via phone, inbox and post, ensuring timely responses and appropriate delegation
* Processing HR documentation such as references, proof of employment, change of terms, onboarding details, and service awards
* Uploading employee data and managing HR forms in Dayforce
* Coordinating onboarding tasks and employee communications alongside the recruitment team
* Producing and maintaining accurate records and reports for payroll, sickness, leavers, new starters and more
* Supporting key initiatives such as maternity processes, Company Council meetings, and employee recognition schemes



A Few Things About You

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills, particularly over the telephone
* Confident IT skills, especially in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint
* Organised, detail-focused and able to manage a busy workload
* Previous administration experience
* Comfortable using or learning HR systems/databases
* A full driving licence is desirable
