Holidays team based in our Ipswich Head Office.Fred. Holidays is a tailor-made tour operator with distinct specialist sales areas including, European Land, Rail Journeys, Ocean Cruises and River Cruises. Each product is hand crafted by our specialist sales team adapting the holiday to the customers’ requirements, this includes hotel rating and location, UK departure points, inclusive activities, multi-centre stays and more.The main duties for this role include:Managing customer services inbox and prioritising emails to ensure service levels maintained.Resolving booking queries for direct customers and trade both via email & phone.Handling and resolving complaints within ABTA timeframes, full written complaint responses issued to direct customer and trade.Dealing with amendments, cancellations, schedule changes, and emergency situations such as ‘in resort’ travel issues.Provide support to all internal team including Sales, Admin & Accounts to resolve post sales bookings queries effectively and efficiently.As the successful candidate, you will be:Ideally from customer services or administration background (travel experience is beneficial but not essential).Educated to GCSE-level or equivalent, with a C or 4 in Maths and English.An analytical individual with the ability to work well under pressure.Personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.This is a permanent full-time role, working 35 hours per week predominantly Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as per requested during peak business periods.
