We are currently recruiting for a Solutions Director – Patient & Retail Catering to support the Divisional Director in driving growth within prioritised segments, aligned with the company’s commercial strategy and direction.

Job Description

As Solutions Director, you will lead, develop and motivate subject matter experts and support teams to ensure the successful delivery of the sales process.

You will play a pivotal role in securing new opportunities, shaping innovative catering solutions, and contributing to the continued success of ISS within the Healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

Support delivery of sales targets with focus on Healthcare
Contribute to development and execution of the sales strategy
Help define key markets, geographies, and target clients
Manage end-to-end sales process and convert new business
Ensure efficient use of ISS commercial processes and tools
Identify and deliver strategic sales initiatives to drive growth
Support key sales processes and customer engagement activities

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Proven success in converting business solution bids into wins
Experience in hunting new business, assignments, and relationships
Strong track record in driving growth and profitability
Solid knowledge of the service industry
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High work capacity with strong communication and interpersonal skills
