We are looking for a Receptionist to be responsible the Front of House reception desk at the client site, ensuring all visitors and colleagues are greeted professionally and politely.

This is a stable role with access to excellent on-site facilities, including a heavily subsidised restaurant.

Job Description

The role requires a strong focus on customer service, ensuring that everyone attending the desk has a positive experience, while also adhering to and enforcing the client’s security procedures.

The Receptionist will be accountable for the quality of service provided, representing both ISS and the client to the highest standards.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional front-of-house environment and takes pride in delivering a first-class service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for callers and visitors
Answer calls, resolve queries, take messages, and follow up as required
Sign visitors in and out of the building
Issue passes and work authorisations to contractors

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Previous reception experience
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent customer service skills
